Over the course of about a year I worked with the Indie Royale team creating icons and artwork for their weekly bundles. Here's a selection of those images. All artwork was either sketched in rough and drawn using Inkscape or drawn directly in Inkscape which I continue to use on an almost daily basis. A real testament to Free Open Source Software. |

Little Bird for iOS devices

Here's a little game I worked on a while back that was released for iPhone/iPpod touch and iPad. Originally I was brought in to provide the art but it soon become clear the game required some proper level designs as the ones provided were all over the place. So as well as creating all the game art I also designed the majority of the levels. A future blog update will be appearing detailing the creation of the art and how some of the levels were designed and constructed. This is also the first game I've worked on where I used the excellent Inkscape to create all the art seen in the game. A real testament to the quality of Open Source software. |
